This page sort of outlines my history in phone setups. The Touch Pro screenshots have been scaled down to QVGA (240x320), however you can click on them to see them in full VGA (480x640) quality. The Mogul photos are as is, as the screen on that phone was only QVGA.

HTC Touch Pro [Raphael]:

This is my latest setup. A recent WM 6.5 build, running Titanium home screen. Mostly the same as everything else (start menu, dialer, etc).

Older Touch Pro setup:

This is my [old] current setup. I am running the Juicy7 ROM, without many tweaks (mostly stock Juicy):

Old WM 6.1 Setup:

I didn't bother to take any screenshots of this setup stock. This is the setup I was running on a stock rom with some tweaks (not too many though, surprisingly). Mostly just removed some tabs, change a few things in Manila 3D/TF3D, but its mostly stock.

HTC Mogul [Titan]:

There was another setup I was running for a while before upgrading that I never bothered to take screenshots of. I was using a Manila theme (Manila2D itself slowed down the device too much/used too much memory), instead of the black theme.

The following screenshots are of my setup before that. They are the result of 7 months of usage and tweaking.

This setup was the result of only a few days of usage and tweaking.
